Additional Information: I bought a upgrade to my account, upgrade worked for around 1 hour and my premium got removed, contacted him for solutions and only offered to create a new spotify, wich im not interested on doing since i wanted to upgrade MY account. After i ask for a fix and he deleted my ticket.

You can create a new account and follow the instructions here: https://community.sp...hived_page/true to transfer the information. It is true that once you leave a family plan, you cannot join a new one for 12 months. If you make a new account he will add you to a new plan.

If your account was upgraded and downgraded in 1 hour, then you can request a refund.
