Hey all, I'm offering refunds for most stores, currently I'm offering refunds for a 0% fee. If I don't have to pay to complete the refund, you don't have to pay either. I'm doing this because I'm not an established refunder and I'm looking to work up some vouches / reputation. Once done they will be 10% but I will update this thread.

 

Price

10% As much as it costs me, usually 0% (Max 5%)

The Process

(1) You contact me, I confirm some details like account age, previous refunds, previous orders etc

(2) You buy the item and wait for it to get delivered

(3) I then log into the account (changing email address and password) and perform the refund

(4) Once the money is bank in your account, you pay me/release the funds

(5) I release the account back to you

Terms and Conditions

(1) You will still need to pay if the refund fails due to something not disclosed previously (eg previous refunds)

(2) You will still need to pay me the full amount of the refund fails due to you ignoring my instructions (for example not turning the device on until the refund is complete)

(3) Do not respond to any amazon-related communications you might receive without first contacting me

(4) If the refund fails (even if it's your fault), I'll guide you through the process to return the item for a full refund

(5) If you don't pay me after the refund is complete despite multiple attempts at contact over at least 3 days, I will make sure that you're re-billed by Amazon

 

What about my privacy?

I keep all the information (exported chats, screenshots, login information etc) until the order is complete and the crypto is in my wallet, at which point I'll secure-erase any information I have

 

Do you accept a middleman? (If payment is needed)

Yes, we can use Lucas. However, you'll be paying his 3% fee along with the network fees of both you sending the funds to him and him sending the funds to me.

How big is the chance % that it does not work?
And when it doesnt work what happends after that.

(1) Yes, I've successfully refunded my own items multiple times.

(2) The success rate depends on a few variables like which store you're wanting to do, any past refunds on the account, item value, past account activity. I'll need to know more specifics before I give a concrete success rate.
(3) *IF* it doesn't work then you return the item, no risk at all, at least with Amazon refunds.

(4) Look under the "Buy now" button on Amazon, it'll say the following:

Sold by: Amazon
