Additional Information: I am asking for a refund due to the fact that as per the sales thread my expectation was a win rate of ~80%, or at the very least profitable tips. Thus far I have seen nothing but losses.
I think it's important to note that while these are predictions there is a certain expectation that the point is to at least make money.

I am asking for a refund for the tips only, I am not asking for a refund for the betting losses. I am also asking for the full amount due to the incredible losses sustained, as opposed to just the unused balance.

@Micabet He needs to be refunded if you are unable to provide reliable bets. You should not advertise a higher win rate than the one actually obtained from your real predictions.

We are not advertising better results than real ones. It was just bad period, these are predictions, not fixed games. If you are doing this kind of policy, than everyone can give you some proofs in their favour and you can ask for refund. We did not buy on nulled any commercial for years, and we have few posts in last 6 months. So he found us somehow, we did not push anything, and in our chat there is explanation that we had in past bad days and also that we have good ones. He bought 1 package, and 1 day after, he asked if he can buy another. One pushed or cheated anyone. If this is your policy on nulled, where everyone is protected exect us, than we will be more than satisfied to close page and account here on Nulled after 4-5 years.

You are offering predictions and failing in over 50% of them. Following my gut is probably a better option than to buy from you. It's obvious that you cannot provide such unreliable predictions and claim they are not fixed match, obviously they aren't, but people pay for predictions in order to get the most returns out of it. With this logic you can talk about things you dont know anything about, provide random predictions and then offer 0 refunds. This is the definition of a scam. If you refuse to refund him when your service has been sub par and you caused him to lose thousands of euro in bets you told him to make and he lost, then you are a scammer.
