No, I was unable to find someone. I've had a ban done in the past for just $150, seems like rates have not only gone up, but success rates are in the toilet

I did manage to find one but his prices are extremely high. If I were you, I would use the guy's services who commented just under you. My guy did it more out of a courtesy, and he doesn't accept new customers.
