Additional Information: The user wanted to sell me an envato downloader access for a year, after paying he told me to wait a moment. An hour later, I asked him where my credentials were, he told me to wait another moment. Then he told me to wait up to 12 hours, which I never agreed on and didnt want to, since the official account is instant and less than half his price. He insisted on refunding me, now he tells me he cant refund due to high btc fees and wants to refund me in LTC/USDT. I do not accept and do not want LTC/USDT, I want back what I paid with for a service that has never been delivered due to his shitty attitude.

@Lucas this customer very crazy and mantaly toucher he paid for money evanto and i tell him wait for 12 hours for delivery and still spam me and demand me i need produce instant but i tell him wait 12 hours 

 

after i many time spam and threaten to open scam report his do like of deL every seller i think i have think i need to back money after his tell me im also smart i open report for you will money back 

 

i have ask him to send me btc address i show there are too much fees for sending him btc after fees too much then decide we send him usdt or ltc but his refuse 

 

make sure we never fail for delivery product but his too much spam and threaten so i decice i cant sell any of produce this customer
