Additional info: Saw them/their support come online many times and sign back offline. When i mentioned the scam report they came online 1-2 minutes later and ignored me.

Even if they manage to fix their proxies, I no longer have use for them as I was forced to purchase from another provider and finish what I needed to. I can only take a refund.
