I am currently thinking about how to make money in a ways only a few people do. I am talking about creating a business that abuses rules/laws/loopholes and thus working in a gray zone. My target area is Germany and I thought about some businesses/models that have worked so far, so you get an Idea what I have in mind. For example 2020 there where a whole lot of corona test centers and our government didn't really care about checks etc. so you could just report wayy more test than you actually did and earn a ton of money. There were a lot of people who did this but I missed the oppurtunity. Another example was certificates for energy systems here in germany, ppl payed thousands for them and they are actually almost no work, but the hype is over now.
So one area might be abusing new laws or the really green trend in germany to make money? So my question is, has anyone any ideas what area or business might fit in this kind of area? I am talking about making good amount of money with not very much work (I know everyone wants to do this) but I think the idea is to just find the right spot to start a business no one might think about or might have more money gain than most ppl think.
As I am told I am ready to invest money and work into it, founding a GmbH etc. and it is also very ok to be greyzone or even almost illegal but in a big business way, since no one gets richt with honest work. Any Ideas?
//EDIT: THC might be legalized on 01.April in Germany but only for private use etc. Maybe there might be a loophole to make money here? I guess the demand will be huge
