as shown in screen i should get at least over 0.23 ltc after sending funds. the price of eth sent on arbitrum is not even dropped from price. i just transfered 24.1$ after fees and received 0.22669267 ltc: https://live.blockcy...6b279b5a8f8eac/

so i want to ask how this exchange works if it is even not sending amount displayed on site, even if eth price did not dropped. it is about 10% … i would accept it if that amount will be displayed when im entered amount of eth which i want to sent. but after processing exchange amount transfered to my wallet is different than that displayed on site

Crypto swapping can sometimes incur high fees due to several factors:

Network fees: When you swap cryptocurrencies on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) or through swapping services, you often have to pay network fees. These fees are paid to miners or validators to process and confirm your transaction on the blockchain. During times of high network congestion, such as when there is a surge in trading activity or when the network is under heavy load, these fees can increase significantly.

Slippage: Slippage occurs when the price of a cryptocurrency changes between the time you initiate a transaction and the time it is executed. In volatile markets or when trading large amounts, slippage can result in higher costs than anticipated.

Exchange fees: Many swapping services or platforms charge a fee for facilitating the exchange. This fee can vary depending on the platform and the specific terms of the transaction.

Token conversion fees: Some platforms may charge an additional fee for converting one token to another. This fee may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the transaction.

Liquidity provider fees: If you're using a decentralized exchange, liquidity providers may charge a fee for providing liquidity to the trading pair you're swapping.

Smart contract fees: When using decentralized exchanges or swapping platforms that rely on smart contracts, you may need to pay fees to interact with these contracts.

Service fees: Some swapping services may charge a service fee for the convenience of using their platform.

If you're experiencing high fees, you may want to consider alternative swapping platforms, timing your transactions to avoid periods of high network congestion, or exploring different trading strategies to minimize costs. Additionally, be sure to carefully review the fee structure of any platform or service you use to understand the costs involved before making a transaction.

Can you explain why your website displays an amount sent that is different from what is actually sent to the customer?

Just to be clear, this is not about the amount changing, because for that you have the option to select a fixed rate (which guarantees the amount you see in the screen at the time of sending the payment)

What matters now is an explanation from the provider as to why the website displays an amount as ''completed exchange'' which is different from what you received by 1$

And just to clarify further, 1$ when exchanging crypto is not a huge amount. You used very low fee coins, but the amount is still very low and liquidity is sometimes what causes you to get less than what you expected.

When you require a fixed rate, you should always use a fixed rate when exchanging. A floating rate can result in the amount changing before you receive it.

Hello @Lucas .

I explained very well to the customer on Telegram, but then he started threatening me and using vulgar language. So, I suggested to him that if he believed I had scammed him, he should file a scam report.

He claims he paid $24.1 worth of ETH from his Arbitrage Thing blockchain and received $22 worth of LTC.

Nulled Exchange operates as a third-party platform in association with SimpleSwap. Is it also mentioned in the footer of website together with TOS, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC.

My exchange website has very low fees at this moment of transaction.

Since those amounts were displayed beforehand, he agreed by clicking and exchanging.

The $1.5 that he claims was "scammed" might be any other gas fee incurred between blockchains plus the exchange fee.

I did not handle his exchange manually, everything is automated. At the very least, I was expecting a significant gas fee when sending from ETH, but this guy was really lucky.

No one said swapping cryptos would be a 1:1 ratio, those gas fees don't depend on me.

You are not reading and replying without knowing what you're talking about.

If he is shown a message that says ''exchange completed, you got: 1 BTC'' and he gets 0.9 BTC, that means there's something wrong in the website. I am asking you why the website shows an amount exchanged (https://ibb.co/zsbpjDm) after it was completed, but was sent a different amount to his wallet (0.22669267)

There are NO gas fees in the arbitrum network (1 cent) and same for litecoin (1 cent) so there is no explanation as to why over 1$ was deducted.

Check your website logs, and explain why the amount swapped is incorrectly displayed.
