Why should it be impossible to leave a rep to a banned profile? How would this be abused?

Being able to leave a rep to a banned member prevents future scams, it also ensures that if you got scammed, you can alert people that would check the reputation and not the scam reports section before dealing with that person. 

 

 

Making it impossible for people to leave -rep to banned members would be detrimental to the marketplace.

 

I have not seen a single person that goes around giving positive reputation to banned members / scammers. Only -rep.

 

This is not a bug, this is a feature. 

A bug is something that is not intended to happen, and that causes problems with the performance of something. What performance issues are there if people get banned and can still be given -rep explaining how they got scammed or simply saying DWC because they are banned for scamming?

Saying because when a user is banned he is banned with a Reason.

 

and the reason why i said that is because when a user is banned all his statistics should be hidden so the user who has got banned cant have any contact with nulled again with that account
