Hello, i ordered an airbnb refund from Gucci and it was fully done (I only got 40% - 848,39 USD) - idk why. I paid 50% (1130 USD) fee BUT FOR FULL REFUND (2131,77 USD)
He said that he will refund the rest of the upfront fee - 705 USD fee to me because my order was refunded only in 40%.

My calculations may be wrong but still - he said that he will refund the rest upfront fee

Now he is just ignoring me and not responding to my messages.
