Additional information : Bought 1 year mullvad vpn account, received a 2 month account and I asked him if he will renew it and he said yes don't worry, after 2 months, I told him that it's about to expire but did nothing and it's been 4 days since and I had to buy another vpn account, I made this scam report so if he comes back he has to refund me for the remaining 10 months.

Informed the seller about my discord ticket, he said will check but hasn't responded further yet.

Didn't receive the refund, or upgrade to the same account number as was promised when I first bought it, seller provided me a 30-day replacement for now, let's see how it goes after 1 month.

The seller is unable to provide a replacement, he gave me a 6-month upgrade to my account number at the time of closing this post, then after a while it got deactivated again, now he's unable to provide me an upgrade due to problems he's having, this is unacceptable, I've only used the VPN without problems for the first 2 months, after that it was all problems.

 

I want a refund and no longer want to use this service which was supposed to give me 1 year of Mullvad vpn account without any problem, I don't want to deal with this, 1 month it's working then the next month oh no the seller has difficulties acquiring upgrades, that's not what was advertised on his forum post.

 

I will not take store credit either, I want a refund to my LTC address.

I barely got to use it for more than 2 months, with all the downtime it would be 3 months being generous, @Lucas could decide on that, I don't mind either way.
