Additional Information:
I've made a custom telegram bot. Today is 11 days since bot is absolutely ready. He wanted to test the bot before payments and that's fine. I asked him to send me the accounts he want to use or pay my fee and test it on his own computer without sending me accounts. He decided to deal via middleman and thats okay but since this day he just ignore me. Then he also turned off his online status in telegram. 

Also he had his telegram username in his Nulled profile if I remember correctly. Currently it's removed. Admin can check it out via profile changes log.

Btw telegram bot token is used to "wire" the software that I made to his own bot that he should create via BotFather (official Telegram bot to create bots). So there is no problem with providing a token and it may be changed if user want to.

He replied to me only when I created a scam report here. 
22nd April: he said that software will be transfered with middle man and then started ghosting me
24th April: after 2 days he asked me to create a group with you (tf y I should do it if he wants to deal via middleman lol)
26th: He finally joined group after 1 day since I sent him a link but not even read the messages

That's literally bullshit. Deal can be made within 30 minutes but instead I got this.

Im asking for a ban with "Scam" tag until the end of the deal. Without it he will ghost me forever.

I also add 1% of price ($500) as penaly for each day since he was notified that software is ready because ghosting for 2 weeks is crazy. It was ready on 12 April and i've sent him a message on night between 11 and 12 April at 3 a.m. and technically when I said "I can send it tomorrow" I meant 12th April.

6 days after creating the group with Lucas and we still not ended the deal.

 

I keep asking for a ban untill the deal is complete.
