I understand that situations like that are frustrating and doing personal best to resolve it. Our terms for 3 days refund guarantee are pretty easy and open. Everything from our side is done properly - we can keep 72h promise. With your account it was marked as "fraudulent" by amazon and that's why I had to consult you over a week on how to call with amazon customer service to get your orders unmarked as fraudulent.
And to add to it they marked every login attempt as "suspicious" and didn't allow us to change details on the account so we can work safely. Also you were the middleman in that transaction and it was harder for us to communicate with the account holder. We can't control your account and how the order been placed since that I can't guarantee 72h refund and that's exactly how our TOS is
However I personally feel sorry and understand your feelings since it's extremely frustrating for your refund not to work out. I do personal refunds also and feel what you do.
We always say that refunds are NEVER 100% guaranteed and mostly because of the things we can't control like that. Since your account been closed in the process because from the start amazon was screaming "it's a fraud" it took for us longer time to check it out.
For the finish touch I would say that I'm the biggest and fastest amazon service provider you can check our channel. No one does and process as many amazons as we do. I appreciate you being our client and hope for understanding from your sife

I expected a refund, after 4 days I received a message via TG with a picture and the green refund message. when I asked if I would get access to the mail again, I didn't get an answer. then I got access again myself and looked in the order and there was nothing listed about a refund.
i am currently waiting for a reply from him, will change feedback once i got a update
