Amount scammed: ive lost around 450 euros in this process but he took 50 euro as a starting fee and hasnt refunded me that

Additional Information: So i started my first refund with him which was 4 months ago and that he said was a 100% success rate but it failed after 2 months of waiting and had no chance of returning the GPU because he said they would most likely keep it and not give me a refund so i had to sell it for a 250 euro loss. so we agreed to do another refund on a different store for half the price he usually charges and after waiting for another 2 months i got a call from the store saying that they wont give me a refund because the item wasnt in the box sent back and that they had to report this as fraud to law enforcement which youngpadawan never warned me about before starting this refund. After that he said he would contact them again and blame the shipping company so i waited a week and he didnt get back to me so i messaged him to which he didnt reply and after another 2-3 weeks i messaged him again to which he decided to delete the whole conversation on telegram, thankfully i saved our conversation.

I have not said 100% SR, refunds are never 100% because the customer could make a mistake and then Amazon bans the account ( OFM) and there is nothing the Refunder can do about it. I know this is a problem that can happen so i send a full guide on how to avoid OFM or similar bans that i have written myself, i also explain all steps how to do everything securely, but since i am not the person adding to cart and placing the order i can not make sure the customers follows my TOS & Guides.

He claims he sold the GPU at a loss, but he might as well tell us he sold it for 100€ and took an even greater loss and we would never know the true amount he got the item sold for.

I offered to refund the 50€ but he does not want it he only wants the to split the cost of his losses which cant be proven.

I can prove it. If needed I’ll send the proof to Lucas. I still have a picture of my listing, it was up for 1+ month and no one wanted it for the price you told me to sell it at, I also still have the transaction of when I sold it. If you look at the screenshot I sent you will see that you said “Amazon is 100% SR”

What you are saying is not relevant, 100% success rate is 100% success rate. You should not mention a success rate if you don't want to be liable.

 

He needs to be compensated with a free refund to cover his losses (amount of the order 250 euro free of charge), and of course, any upfront payment he sent, has to be refunded, as the service was not completed.

Refunding is a risky business for a multitude of reasons, including problems with LE and also losing a portion of your money, having upfront costs held up, and more.  This compensation is a way for you to cover your losses.

 

He will tell you which website he has the most success with, and we will set a timeframe for him to complete it, which allows you to return the item if he happens to fail (normally, within 4 weeks of delivery, you can easily return the items) 

 

If he happens to delay, stall or fail the refund he will have to provide compensation for that as well.
