I've bought the packages from him, many of which didn't work well as detailed below

 

1. I bought a YouTube channel package from him for $350 on November. There were many problems:
           o It took almost two months to receive the YouTube channel, and when I got it, I couldn't link it to my Adsense account. I had to return the channel, and until now, I haven't got it and made any single cent.
            o The apps Kittl and RunwayML included in the package didn't work. Every time I contacted him, I had to wait for months, often ignored, and had to ask multiple times to get a response. The latest attempt to provide a solution failed as I still can't log in, rendering the apps unusable. I'm currently stuck with no progress. Yesterday, I couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. He claimed the price was only $100 and blamed me, alleging that my Adsense account was banned, which is untrue as it's functioning well, except for the YouTube channel he provided, which never generated any revenue.

2. I bought a private MullvadVPN service from him, but after a while, people started sharing it. In the last two months, it hasn't been working, and he even provided the shared account, but it's been two months, and it's still not working despite paying $40.

3. I bought a package$75 including Adobe, Picsart, and Envato. Only picsart that’s working Adobe is dead especially Envato’s gone in a week then he told me to wait because it patched. After 2 months it’s back again I asked him but he replied that it’s cost too high. That’s all

4. I bought Xbox Game Pass from him for $120 (now changed to $100). It didn't even last two months, and after that, he provided a code, which also didn't work. It's been two months, and I haven't received anything."

now, I'm requesting a refund specifically for the YouTube channel package of $350. As for the other packages, I request that they be expedited for immediate use.

If needed i can provide screenshot that the AI apps have always been delivered , if any is down it will be fixed so NO REFUND for the apps
Only refund of $100 for channel will be done as I quote the OP had told me prior to buying that 'I got banned from adsense before" and i expected it wont cause issue and had sent him a YT Channel but in few days only he faced issue with YT Channel for which i asked a few people around and found if you are banned on adsense once then you cant reopen acc so i took it back , 
Refund for YT Channel can be sent


Mullvad purchase is quite a old one as i know and right now private method is having issue so shared is being provided , thats not up for dispute when private is back he will be provided with it 

Xbox is 1yr+ old purchase again not for dispute if its down dm for fixes

2. when you delivered the AI app what I have to use with out  the Youtube Channel as a package.

3 Almost 7 months that I wasted my time for this

I have no issue in sharing the whole chat logs , the AI apps runway is down , the other one is working
his runway will be fixed 
other upgrades which he posted about , if they are down i will fix em
the AI apps which he is using for month , he wont get a refund for them 
He did buy the pack but it just means that together they are on discount 
If 1product has issue and others u r using for months u cant be refunded for all

Out of the $350 pack he has been using the $250 worth AI Apps for months which i wont refund him for
YT Channel as i quoted he himself told be bout the ban and my mistake was thinking that it wont affect anything and i sent him the channel and its adsense got banned so its my mistake and am ready to bear the loss of $100 as that yt channel couldnt even be fixed after i took it back but the AI apps i cant refund , if he wasnt using them as he didnt have a channel then he wont be dming me for fixes

Still am stagnant at my $100 refund and no more is possible , once you [Lucas] can confirm that my logic is reasonable that refunding for products that u have been using is not possible then i will happily refund the $100

Meanwhile i have dmed him [OP] on tele to send me down stuff on telegram as you [Lucas] have also been aware that in past their were indeed delays in delivery time which u might see in logs , i can claim and actually prove that now the delays have been reduced so as soon as he can send me info on all down stuff i will fix within 36hrs and refund also within that [$100]

If you have been using the apps and getting the replacements when they went down, that means you were actively using them, and reporting when they went down. This means you accepted the replacements. You cannot claim funds back for a package with one of the products not working if you have been using the rest of the products from it, without major problems. You can however claim the money for the youtube channel that was not delivered / never worked.

anyway the price of the app is less than $250  it's a bundle

the AI apps are technically 125 each in this app + 110 for the channel

although this is gonna be another debate thay why is YT channel is listed at 230 then my simple reply is "Decoy Marketing"
