Paid on the 6th of June for youtube premium invite, he said he would get it done on June 9th, June 15th he said again it would be done today, still nothing at the end of the day with no response. Id rather just a refund at this point and go to someone else. Please get back to me

Yeah my YouTube premium went away and he usually is good about it but it’s been bad.. haven’t had it for a week and he never replies.. ima try to get a refund to and find someone else cause seems like he’s going dark. He used to keep everybody updated but it’s getting worse and worse

@echosyntax is totally right, Radiant is able to provide upgrades but is very far away from the "excellence" he's talking about; leading us customers to insane wait times and an overall frustration by using his service.
Most of the times you will need to monthly contact him, because his "lifetime" upgrades means in reality that he will bug the payment system on your account (and so it will expire every month or so, depends on the service). The worst part is he has so many customers that you will NOT likely receive a reply from him the same day, and when you will, he'll add you to the famous "queue" which lasts days.
Basically you'll enjoy an upgrade you will have to fight for every month. I'm starting to think that paying the original price is less harmful.
I purchased his youtube premium package back in December and have has nothing but problems since.
- Purchased youtube premium on the 26th of December, seller didn't activate until the 2nd.
- Premium disappeared on the 5th of February, was fixed on the 9th.
- Premium disappeared on the 27th of March, seller ignored and responded sporadically for almost a month, until it was finally reactivated on the 20th of April.
- Premium expired again on the 23rd of May, seller is still responding sporadically and has not yet reactivated the service.
I am attaching screenshots of our conversation since my last deactivation to display the level of incompetence on the seller's part.
As you can see, the seller has a complete disregard for the customer. Do yourself a favour, find another seller.
