I purchased his youtube premium package back in December and have has nothing but problems since. 
 

- Purchased youtube premium on the 26th of December, seller didn't activate until the 2nd.
- Premium disappeared on the 5th of February, was fixed on the 9th.
- Premium disappeared on the 27th of March, seller ignored and responded sporadically for almost a month, until it was finally reactivated on the 20th of April. 
- Premium expired again on the 23rd of May, seller is still responding sporadically and has not yet reactivated the service.

I am attaching screenshots of our conversation since my last deactivation to display the level of incompetence on the seller's part.

As you can see, the seller has a complete disregard for the customer. Do yourself a favour, find another seller.

@echosyntax yea anyone interested can read full chat or even dm me i will happily send it full personally , i have asked him for his login cause that family as his own screenshots show has 4members all of their premiums are working so their is indeed some issue but its in his account & he is declining to provide it , RadiantServices caters to more then 200orders per day and nearly has 50 resellers under it [big ones] + has idk 1500+ vouches just on telegram , another few thousands on discord so i would rather suggest the guy who posted this and you reading please if you cant follow steps and wont even provide login for me to fix then yea find another seller i cant really help you

Exact same family as per in his own screenshot , shows it has Youtube Premium Family Plan on my end ? Thats why i asked him for his login to see the issue and fix it? If their is something that i could have done to fix his issue please tell me i would love to hear it.

I placed an order with Radiant in early May, and despite some delays due to high demand and necessary fixes, all products were delivered as promised. Radiant is quite legit, providing excellent services such as Apple One, Netflix, YouTube Premium, and more. He does have a large customer base, which sometimes affects his responsiveness and causes occasional delays in delivery. This heavy workload even leads to periods of inactivity due to sickness. Despite these challenges, Radiant remains committed to fulfilling orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. When the product is down, expired, or downgraded, he always promises to fix it. Sometimes it takes longer, so please be patient with him.
