My Experience with This Provider

I initially reached out to this provider on September 19. He was very responsive at first, promptly answering questions and providing information. I submitted payment the same day for InVideo and ElevenLabs. However, it seems there was an issue on his side with the payment, and I was refunded. I resubmitted the payment on September 20, and everything seemed to go through fine. He assured me that everything would be ready by the next day.

Unfortunately, since that point, things started to drag. I began reaching out daily for updates, but he often took days to reply. Finally, on October 21, I received the Invideo. However, when I asked about ElevenLabs, he admitted he had forgotten to queue it and promised it would be done "by tomorrow."

In the meantime, I realized that the InVideo product I received wasn't what I wanted. It was InVideo Studio, but I had intended to get InVideo AI. I take responsibility for this misunderstanding, as I didn't do enough research to specify exactly what I needed. When I informed him of the situation, he said he does not carry Invideo AI, and he agreed to cancel InVideo Studio and replace it with a different product—Runway AI—but only after a month.

While waiting, I still hadn't received ElevenLabs. I kept asking about it, but every time, he would request my account credentials again, and nothing would come of it. Despite this, I continued contacting him, but he repeatedly ghosted me. As of today, December 23—more than three months later—I still haven't received either ElevenLabs or Runway AI. I still have nothing for my money.

This is just my personal experience with this provider. I'm not labeling him as good, bad, or a scammer. I'm sharing my journey, and I'm sure others may have had similar or perhaps better experiences with him. It's up to you to judge.
