Had a Netflix lifetime with Radiant for a long time. But whenever it gets "fixed" it dies within 24 hours. Also bought Mullvad VPN Lifetime private account, but he didn't renew my private account, and instead gave me a shared account. Wasn't what I paid for. I've done business with Radiant for a long time, purchasing many services from him, and the service has just constantly been going down hill. He'll message you "hi" and not help fix your issue. It will take a month or 2 for him to resolve your issue. I've given up on getting the netflix fixed, but he won't refund/replace with something else. Currently waiting on getting my private mullvad and youtube premium fixed.

Or he will only reply "in queue" then never fix all the issues . and he also gets mad when you are not online on HIS time smh . horrible service , horrible communication

I can agree to this and @SuperMegaNinja 's issues.
Low quality services (they usually die in 1-2 months) and extremely low quality customer support.
As someone said, do yourself a favor and find another seller.

mullvad private method got patched hence its possible u were moved to shared [unless ur mullvad worked for less then 6months you are not eligible for switch]

Same problems here.
Getting "it's fixed" when it definitely isn't is a frustrating experience, especially if he logs off for a few days afterwards and leaves you hanging. I've bought several products, many which have failed within a week or two and he just ignores the request for fix. That's fine, whatever, most are nice to haves, but I don't use them often. But the two I absolutely need working are falling constantly now and it takes a couple weeks to get them fixed. I just need my gf not breathing down my neck about YT Premium or Adobe.
I don't get this experience with other sellers. I'd almost rather get scammed than get strung along constantly like this.

basically paid $40 for private lifetime mullvad, and now given a shared account, and constantly getting booted off. Not what I paid for, but okay. And netflix i bought a long while ago, and with the constant fails now I've given up on you replacing it in a timely manner. I'm just tired of your empty promises of 36 hrs and it'll get fixed/reply. Should hire someone if you need help maintaining your service.
What I've noticed is Radiant will take payment quick, and then disappear for a week or longer until delivery. Just my experience over the years. Whenever I want to purchase something, he'll respond within 12 hrs and take payment. Then it is silence for a long while.
Even if mullvad is shared, I'd like to get one where I can use it without being booted off whenever I'm using it (example: it not being shared between 100 people).
But my most priority request I'd like my youtube premium fixed. Thanks.
