Same problems here.  

 

Getting "it's fixed" when it definitely isn't is a frustrating experience, especially if he logs off for a few days afterwards and leaves you hanging.  I've bought several products, many which have failed within a week or two and he just ignores the request for fix.  That's fine, whatever, most are nice to haves, but I don't use them often.  But the two I absolutely need working are falling constantly now and it takes a couple weeks to get them fixed.  I just need my gf not breathing down my neck about YT Premium or Adobe.

I don't get this experience with other sellers.  I'd almost rather get scammed than get strung along constantly like this.

Paid on the 6th of June for youtube premium invite, he said he would get it done on June 9th, June 15th he said again it would be done today, still nothing at the end of the day with no response. Id rather just a refund at this point and go to someone else. Please get back to me

Still waiting on a replacement product since apparently a refund "isn't an option in this situation", not replied since they said they would give a different product. It's insane he thinks replying 1 time in over 2 weeks for something like this is acceptable  :wacko:  :wacko:

I understand you have exams, but then you have exams once every 2 months or so, or you are sick, or something else comes up. This is happening too frequently. Can't always commit two and more places man. You need a second support guy or you need to eliminate some commitments or you need to keep up with both commitment. We cannot go by days of no fix.

your fixes are done on time and rn i am not available for exams so when am back will do yours until then nothing [am returning on 27]

So if I where you I would stay away from this seller. Thinking about opening a scam report
