Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful). Had the patience  to wait for this guy to get on with my order. Two more days until its almost a month since I made the order. I was told 24hrs after my payment was confirmed. I'm not even counting the fee I had to pay just for him to receive the btc quicker. Other customers would complain about their orders in the vouch channels and the next day the complaints would disappear. His vouches channel is manipulated. I've bumped him several times because I was able to wait but now its too long and he is slow on communicating. To be frank, I do not want the upgrade anymore and want a refund. Its a headache.
