Due to the complex nature of this post, I would like to kindly request staff to make an exception to mediate this report as it's not a simple scam, but more of a dispute regarding the refund service with this user.

Amount Scammed: The user completed the first 1/2 of the refund job early last month. Due to some issues with Amazon, the second 1/2 was only able to be worked on started May 30th.
Since May 30th, the user has stalled me for 17 days now for the 2nd half Amazon.ca refund. He constantly lies to me about updates/delays, and replies once every 5 days if lucky with false hope. I've asked him numerous times to return the account, and he always just brushes it off by making more excuses for himself for the delays and lack of work/effort.

As previously mentioned, there was a total of 2 orders to be completed. He completed the first order at the top early in May as aforementioned, which left the 2nd non-cancelled order at the bottom to be done.
I have offered him numerous times now to pay for the one order he did and to give back the account so I can get it done properly elsewhere but I can only assume out of greed he doesn't want to lose my business but also doesn't care enough to complete it.
At this moment in time, I would like to kindly request a Nulled staff member to mediate this issue and see to it that my account is returned without retaliation within the next 24 hours, in which I will also immediately pay for the 1/2 of work that was completed.
The amount owed is 15% of $3,539.12 CAD which comes out to be $530.87 CAD. I will be making this payment immediately via BTC, once the reported user agrees to cooperate, and expect the account to be returned immediately after confirmation of payment.
