They are advertising their service that everything from brut force to ratting is allowed, I have been using their service to host my bots for several months never had issues before, suddenly my ip was suspended due to a report! The thing is that I have high potent bots hosted on that ip address which are worth more than 3.7 BTC and they are not allowing me to recover my data.

@CrazyRDP reply within 12 hours. If you decide to suspend his server manually, he must be given time to enter and retrieve his work out of the server and only then you can disable his server if you wish. I do understand that you have to follow some guidelines from specific providers but when you promote your service as ''SCAN/RAT/BRUTE/EXPLOIT/CRACKING ALLOWED Windows & Linux VPS INSTANT SETUP" you cannot simply disable a server with no prior warning and not allow the customer to retrieve his data. It is implied that what he did was allowed as per your TOS: "In case your server got listed, our system automatically blackholes the IP address and it must cool down, so it can not get back online anymore or it needs an IP replacement." So his server is still up and only needs to be assigned a new IP, you allow him a timeframe (6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, whatever you decide) and he will retrieve his data and let you know when you can disable it.

Contacted on cracked, TOX and live chat on telegram, got no response anywhere. Seems like the service is abandoned as he has not logged into cracked for 5 days and has not logged into nulled for a month.
