Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful) I bought SMS BULK V2 PRO from this guy 3 days ago, after i paid him, he gave me the bot. It is a Telegram bot for sending spam SMS, he said he gives setup help and stuff, but after i bought all he keps repeating was "u have tut.txt" he refused helping me to set the bot up even tho i repeated him few times his tutorial is very hard to understand.. he then helped me.
After i setup the bot, he told me i have to create an account on https://dashboard.nexmo.com to get API KEY to spam SMS, i proceeded in creating the account and by surprise, the account got INSTANTLY SUSPENDED, he then told me to create other accounts using GMAIL, OUTLOOK, PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER, etc... which I ofcourse did and they ALL GOT SUSPENDED INSTANTLY. I told him and he tried creating the account himself and his account got also suspended.
He then told me to contact vonage support to ask them why accounts are getting suspended and vonage support answered that they can't provide me with any account at the moment ( all accounts getting suspended ). Without this account i cant use the BOT because the BOT requires an API KEY from one provider to be able to spam which he cant provide me with, so makes the bot unuseful.
I have the conversation proof with him, i asked him for a refund because bot was not working and he refused to give me the refund.

You can disable his access to the bot and refund him, if you are unable to help him with setup and ensure he is able to use the bot.

I understand. I sold him the bot itself (the source code), and he is not able to make an account on the provider website due to unknown reasons such as cookies, cache, IP, VPN, phone number, browser or email.
Despite these factors, he claims, "the bot doesn't work," even though he hasn't even used it.

He is now accusing me of being a scammer because I refused to refund him on Telegram after he received my bot's source code & installation tutorial with extra setting up support.

Additionally, on the other forum where he first made the scam report, he engaged in clownish behavior, such as posting negative reviews everywhere, accusing me of scamming.
That forum allows this kind of behavior, clown.
 

We had agreed that if he decided to make a scam report against me, I would no longer communicate with him on Telegram, and he agreed to this.
He claimed to have taken screenshots of all our conversations before I deleted the direct messages.
Now, he is calling me a scammer again because I deleted the messages after we agreed on it, although he doesn't even have proof of this.

He cannot give me any guide because not even himself can create an account on The provider page. He told me and he also vave me screenshot that He also cannot create The account, he sadly deleted Telwgram chats just so I cant show u proof, luckly I managed to make screenshot about it and u can clearly see he also got The same error "Issue with your account". Thats why i made The scam report în The first place:
