Scam report against | user/4586762-paradies | 350$

Hello,
 

I understand. I sold him the bot itself (the source code), and he is not able to make an account on the provider website due to unknown reasons such as cookies, cache, IP, VPN, phone number, browser or email.
Despite these factors, he claims, "the bot doesn't work," even though he hasn't even used it.

He is now accusing me of being a scammer because I refused to refund him on Telegram after he received my bot's source code & installation tutorial with extra setting up support.

Additionally, on the other forum where he first made the scam report, he engaged in clownish behavior, such as posting negative reviews everywhere, accusing me of scamming.
That forum allows this kind of behavior, clown.
 

We had agreed that if he decided to make a scam report against me, I would no longer communicate with him on Telegram, and he agreed to this.
He claimed to have taken screenshots of all our conversations before I deleted the direct messages.
Now, he is calling me a scammer again because I deleted the messages after we agreed on it, although he doesn't even have proof of this.

Also, he stated that I dont have proof that he deleted Telegram chat? How can i even own a proof of that? You can just see the empty chat and no history before.

The proof is that in the screenshots i gave you when i created the thread, there was chat, and now suddently there is not. 

Anyways, he clearly trying to scam and conduct you to believe him, trying to scam both me and nulled. This is crazy behaviour. He knows the account doesn't work but still he is trying everything to scam. This is crazy!

If he is not able to create an account after you request this from him, I will refund him the full amount he paid me.

This refund will be available only if he removes all negative reviews from the first forum where he filed the scam report, claiming that I scammed him, when in reality he did not have the patience to resolve the scam report or the second update from Liars.
This includes: negative reputation on my profile, the negative "scamming" vouch on the sales thread being removed, and the reply on the other partnership thread being removed as well.

Guys, you legit must realise this guy is purposely stalling, he first told me to create support tickets to VONAGE to see why i cannot create an account, i waited 2 days to wait for the final VONAGE decision that unallowed me to create any accounts. Then he told me to wait wait and wait, now he s telling me to remove all his negative reviews, even tho HE STARTED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Giving me negative saying "romanian cop". After i saw he is doing this i porceeded with it aswell, because in the end, i am the VICTIM. I hope you guys will understand this. Thanks!

In my opinion, he is the last to have the authority to choose the terms, since he is the scammer.

I should choose the terms, but i won't. All i want is a refund at this point!
