As i replied to your post on our thread today:

First is down from 2 days not 4, we announced it on Telegram, Spotify released a new update and we are working on updating the system. You also bought you keys months ago as proof is your reply to our thread, so you used pretty majority of your keys, report for scam for 2 days of downtime seems a bit too much considering we've been active for 6 years. Without talking about the fact that keys are not refundable as our TOS & FAQs are clear on this mention.

Thanks for your patience, and keep an eye on Telegram channel, system will go back online soon.

What is the timeframe for your service to resume functionality? 

 

Our system is now again working and updated with the new Spotify update, unfortunately we had to reset our stock so we are currently waiting for all the external tools to be updated to start restocking all the various countries.

Eta hard to tell, as this happen every x years, i can tell from experience that all service will be stable again in 3-4 days.

But again, TOS are clear:

We will provide unlimited & free replacements for any downgrades during this time.

Actually we refund only orders made on last 2-3 days in case users don't want to wait for fix, but we will not surely refund 2+ months orders, used and reused, as in this case.

 

This case could also serve as an example for any future issues involving service interruptions (hopefully never).
So for this reason we oppose these types of refund requests, especially if made in this incorrect way, scam report after 2 days of disservice in which we have already warned everyone on the announcement channel?

There was not even a request or support ticket before the opening of the scam report. 

This does not seem like the behavior of someone who has an interest in using the service, but just wants to get their money back and take advantage of the situation.

I spent 160 euros on a product that I can't use or resell, buyers are bombarding me with refund requests.

What you're doing doesn't seem professional to me.

If there is an interruption on the service that has been working for a long time, and they are certain it will be fixed within a reasonable timeframe, then there is no need for a refund to be given. 

 

@Asura I need you to provide a timeframe for the service to be resumed in full. The 48 hours from your telegram message have already passed.

from 2 days of upgrade that u said...now are already  double...and still no news ( but in the end i have to refund all my buyer orders ) but u ?? what are u doing?
