What is the timeframe for your service to resume functionality?
Our system is now again working and updated with the new Spotify update, unfortunately we had to reset our stock so we are currently waiting for all the external tools to be updated to start restocking all the various countries.
Eta hard to tell, as this happen every x years, i can tell from experience that all service will be stable again in 3-4 days.

Actually we refund only orders made on last 2-3 days in case users don't want to wait for fix, but we will not surely refund 2+ months orders, used and reused, as in this case.
This case could also serve as an example for any future issues involving service interruptions (hopefully never).
So for this reason we oppose these types of refund requests, especially if made in this incorrect way, scam report after 2 days of disservice in which we have already warned everyone on the announcement channel?
There was not even a request or support ticket before the opening of the scam report.
This does not seem like the behavior of someone who has an interest in using the service, but just wants to get their money back and take advantage of the situation.
