Remove Access to Members without Rank in the marketplace shoutbox

Specifically, I propose that members without a rank should not be allowed to use this feature

 

Here are my reasons for this suggestion:

 

Potential Scammers: Members without a rank on the forum are more likely to be scammers. Restricting their access will help protect our community from fraudulent activities.

 

 

Trustworthy Marketplace: The marketplace should be a space for trusted members only. Usually, members with a rank have proven their reliability, making transactions safer for everyone.

 

 

Valuable Slots: Unranked members take up slots that could be occupied by more reputable members. This limits the availability of important slots for genuine users.

 

 

I believe these changes will enhance the overall safety and efficiency of our marketplace.

 

ADDED:

 

PM Spammers: This is a huge problem, cause new members can spam you in PM's and they even make GROUPS, so restrict that function too.
