Clashbot 7.11.4.1936 doesn't start Need Help

hi, i downloaded clashbot,raccoon bot from here and from offical sites. they doesn't start. i got this error from log folder. any idea?

i changed my windows user settings and i lost my administrator privileges. That was the problem
