Nothing interesting it’s just an auto shop and the seller in the ticket is just saying to me that I should be grateful to have a refund in store credit

Our shop's terms are very clear (can be found here "https://www.spadone.cc/tos and it is mentioned in the FAQ page that we only offer replacements and not a refund; https://www.spadone.cc/faq

"- No refunds allowed, instead we will offer you store credits to choose something else from shop at your choice.
- At the time of a purchase, you are accepting the terms in the item description."

He should've not bought if he doesn't agree to them, customer received an invalid account and we've offered him store credit or a replacement but he randomly started asking for a Crypto refund right after his purchase.

@Lucas it's either a replacement or store credit, he was not forced to purchase from us. These are our shop's terms, don't agree to them? Do not purchase.

Are you hating money or what ? You’re the first one to collect it. It’s normal to ask a refund when your product is not working.
Why I don’t want a replacement ? Absolutely no trust in your shop neither your product. The salesman or whoever it is, aging aggressively, insulting me, arrogant and so on for a customer to have absolutely no trust and query to do business with you.
Second, your products seems low quality, not even manually checked before selling, salesman couldn’t confirm violations that I may occurs. Couldn’t even tell me if I can be blacklisted. Product is bad. Business is bad. Team is bad.
Why would I want any of your services ? Not even a demoniac would. I don’t want to give my money for your services.

I want a full refund in LTC as paid of 140$. Security first. Loyal business should act on this way and not being aggressive and arrogant like your salesman. It would be a pleasure to release to the public the discussion I had. I don’t think it’s a nice business plan. @Lucas I let you think with which purpose of refund is the best and I am sure you will find the best one.

By the way, does terms said that the product you deliver maybe not working ?
The way your business is acting made me in the extreme query to want a full refund. I even offered a deal to your salesman, he declined.

I do not give a shit about your money, at the same time, you agreed to our ToS when you bought, THERE IS NO REFUNDS, IT IS ONLY REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT.
You do not want a replcement? fine, then you won't get anything. We have more than 7k customers and yet you're here yapping about us selling low quality shit.

You will not get a refund "as stated in the ToS that you agreed to when you bought".

It's clearly some type of a scam and miss-leading here. The guy asked for a refund 5m after he had bought the product, we could've gave you a working replacement and you get what you paid for, instead, you're here talking and saying non-sense shit while you didnt even read the ToS.

What do you me to do when the account is dead. Wait 5 days and come back for a refund ?
The account doesn’t want. I want a refund and that’s it. Lost my trust to your business and I wasn’t feeling it’s a good decision to continue business with you. So that’s easy, refund me and that’s it

Since you have 7k customers and you don’t give a « shit » about my money. Then, where’s the problem to agree there is an issue and you can simply refund me.

You can provide a replacement when he is online to check it and confirm that it works.

The seller is willing to provide a replacement, and he has the chance to do that. A working replacement is an acceptable solution to this dispute.
