1) your listing never mentions how long it will take, only says ''instant delivery''

2) you never told him to wait, only replied ''delivering soon'' over 3 days ago. 

3) how is it absurd to expect it delivered in 2 days when he bought it 4 days ago, and you never told him the delays?

 

If customer wishes to cancel instead of waiting more time, he can request a refund.

 

As for your listing, it should include the delivery timeframe. You cannot expect a customer to know how long it will take based on your knowledge on how quickly you can get it done. If the listing says ''instant'' I would also expect instant delivery, or at most a few hours. 4 days is way past a reasonable timeframe if nothing is mentioned about a waiting time.
