As someone who works in the digital forensics field, that's not really the best "tool" as it just scraps data based on other websites which also give you an inaccurate information, let alone to speak that most ISP's nowadays don't point to IP's directly to the end user but use the "DNS boxes" that are actually kilometer(s) close to the user.
