What you asked me and the product I sell are completely different.

Also, if you don't want to use this method, there are other methods you can use in the e-book. You could use them too.

 

What you think: Making a fake report by entering the same profile picture and information as the account of the person you want to close
NOTE: THIS is something from 2016-ies

 

My product: Closing the account by turning Instagram upside down with fake ID and documents.

 

In other words, there is not even a valid similarity between them. Before buying a product, it would be more realistic to call me or even my product "forgery of documents" instead of "impersonation".

A buyer should ask all kinds of questions to the seller before buying the product and then buy it, if you can't ask your questions correctly, it's not my problem.

You are completely wrong, even if you don't use the content we mentioned, you can try other ban methods. You don't have a valid reason and all I can tell you is "ask every question in your mind before buying a product".

Lucas will make the decision as it is necessary, nothing else needs to be said. But as I said, there is not even a single particle or even 1% relevance between what you are talking about and my product.

 

He asked you about impersonation method, you replied ''NO''. Then he gave more information. But you lied to him and said your methods don't involve reporting the profile for impersonation.

There is literally no sense in your argument. You replied NO. You answered a very simple question with 1 word. You did not say ''yes, but not the method you described'' which would have been appropriate considering the first method offered in your guide is exactly that. 

 

I suggest you properly answer questions asked by customers instead of half-assing responses that are very straight and clear. You will have to refund the customer whenever you lie blatantly about the contents of your guides.

I will not make a full refund because he "did not like" the 5/1 ban method and he clearly lied.

 

Please recheck the conversations and review them again.
