Reason:

service not as described, ignoring dms, faulty service, refusing/ignoring fix, prioritizing new customers over fixing existing.

 

despite repeated warnings it seems the only way to receive the service i paid for it to open a report, so firstly sorry Lucas for having to babysit something that really could of been handled amicably.

 

As seen in the screenshots the seller no longer replies to my messages despite me saying that the account is locked (cant even login). I have blurred the account details out of respect, but it should be known that all of them dont work anyway.

After first purchasing this product and the way that it was described was to be a cracked account. I fully understand that it can go down and need to be replaced, i also understand that i wouldnt be the only user on it. and for the first few months of purchase it was exactly like this 2-3 people on the account which went down every month or so.

However, out of pure selfishness, these accounts gained more and more people per account, this got to the point where all "plus" features would never be available making the account *worse* then a free one. This useless "service" has become an increasing hassle.

some of these "features" were:

• being logged out automatically every 30 minutes
• having the language changed by the users every 10 seconds
• the chat history always getting deleted so while mid reply my conversation would be deleted
• using the limits of the plus features (gpt4 etc) instantly due it being shared by so many
• getting 2fa locked out

 

as seen in the screenshots i only voiced these issues to the seller after not being able to login to it in the first place anymore after being 2fa locked for multiple days.

after voicing my concerns the seller tried to belittle me saying that this is "normal".

If this is a forum where i can sell a service only to have it be broken and i can tell my customers thats "normal" for it to be ok deeply worries me.

i struggle to see where the "high-quality upgrade" is but in this "rare" event ive had over 6 times in the past few weeks the seller has shown 0 internet in "perform necessary upgrades" to what i paid for.


furthermore as seen through his telegram channel its clear that hes still tending to many new customers, rather then prioritizing the fixes of existing.

Im extremely excited to see the spew of lies and fluff that the seller replies to this with!

You have bought a cracked account which has been delivered and you have been given option from day 1 to buy private options since feb itself like magai or perplexity but if you go with shared options such issue of account deactivating is common and nothing can be done

1 account is deactivated
2nd one is working u have dmed you and op that which one is working

So idk what am i supposed to do when a customer buys a cracked account the account will go down and be deactivated as its as shared acc

Again this report doesnt require me , i will wait for decision from you @Lucas as idk what to do here , i used to send accs 1 by 1 manually to everyone but as chatgpt started banning more accounts i shifted to this way of sending doc link so i can update their and everyone gets it , their are 4-6 links in circulation with each link having usually 2-3accs hence their is nothing i can do for this cracked accs being banned

please see attached the account you listed as "working". This remains after: changing vpn to multiple locations, clearing all cookied, using incognito, using the app on both ios and android.

 

before continuing it would be greatly appreciated if you first responded to all the other issues i mentioned, heres a reminder for you so you dont forget

1. why were my dms ignored?
2. why were new customers prioritized over existing fixes
3. why are there upwards of 30 people on 1 account
4. if this is a document owned by you why is it exclusively in russian when everything else posted by you has always been in english?

 

in your replies you make some pretty bold claims but in an effort to not drag things out if not necessary, ill wait for Lucas to decide if the current evidence is sufficient before exposing even more of your lies and deceptive tactics

To clarify, i dont want a refund. I just want you to provide a working service as described when it was sold to me. If you can no longer reliably offer that in this form you should:

1) stop selling it to people

2) offer a suitable replacement

 

before even making this report i was happy to upgrade to a private chatgpt.com account even if it meant covering the difference my aim has always been clear that i just want a working account, i pay him for the convenience. It would be nice if this transparency was both ways instead of having to handle it like this every time

I have sent all your messages aswell i dont see you being ignored the document was sent to you on the 27th
And the acc is working as of now

Unless you upgrade to private you have bought a cracked account and thats what you have

From my end this is not a issue and obviously if you will drag this and Lucas will say to refund i will refund u a max 12.5 usd (50%) and be done with it as this is not a issue from my side and HAS NO SOLUTION

Rest as i had informed you earlier Lucas service was closed for aprox 14days and hence as of now 500dms are pending which contain more new orders then fixes can prove that aswell if asked , no fixing is being ignored its just due to irl shifting i have been busy and all tickets are delayed but sadly the OPs ticket is not delayed and from my side the product delivered has no issues
