i really have no desire for the sellers money and hope this instead could be solved in a solution where all parties benefit.
My Proposal that i hope both the Seller and Lucas see to be fair is either:
You admit that you got lazy/greedy whatever and either change your supplier, have less people on the accounts (you know you have more control of this then you are acting) that way the accounts will get locked less and in the long run less cracked accounts need to be provided per customer.

OR

you refund me in full in the form of store credit to go towards one of the private options you provide. Despite the experiences i am happy to cover the difference in costs between the $25 and whatever the price of what you are selling is.

Money is not the issue for me, i buy from you expecting convenience. if i wanted to suffer every time i needed gpt plus i would buy the accounts from your supplier myself.

 

If you refuse both of these options i want to make it apparent that not only have you lost out on me as a customer for future upgrades, but this report sets an example for anyone thats bought this "shared" account who will have most definitely had the same experience as me as well all share the same login document.

You already have to deal with enough angry customers why would you put yourself through this extra hassle, what is the point of a few extra dollars when you have to deal with reports like this daily. You are in university man, enjoy your life ffs

The refund in crypto proposed by @TheRadiant is acceptable, unless he wishes to give you a higher discount if you switch to a private account.

well i know technically $12 is already high seeing the time used but i am happy to stand by it rest the customer was provided with option to purchase private gpt at discounted rates from which he can get 12usd subtraced so its price gets lower for him

Rest he is free to send ltc or usdt trc20 to get his 12usd back

with that being said the issue of all the accounts being locked has not changed and likely never will, i hope that despite me accepting a refund the issue of faulty accounts being sold is further looked into, not everyone has the time or knowledge to make a report, the fact that the seller can get away with just having to refund the small % of people who make a report in the return that he can sell faulty products on here without issue
