do I have any other options?
I forsee this will be a recurring problem. In my experience the past year, all fixes so far takes 1+ month or even longer with unreliable uptime. I'm kinda tired of chasing these accounts already.
I do understand that a refund is not exactly fair as I did have these accounts for a while already. But it's really getting abit unreasonable.

Fix is not done.
Tidal invite was for a different email.
Spotify is a family invite which doesn't work because your previous upgrade was using that method and I got kicked. Please don't ask me to create another account because that's not the definition of a personal upgrade. If I wanted a new account every month I'll just be doing that for free with the free trials.
And there's still a YouTube upgrade.
