Need help with getting a session and cookies

Like the title says, I need help getting a session and cookies to an Instagram account. I know that a lot of people come here asking for this but my reasoning is a bit different.

Someone in my family was abused by a pedo, and the police did nothing. I want access to his account to download data and screenshot everything I can to expose him and ruin his life for what he did. My budget is around $100, as I was scammed by some fuckers on another forum, so the deal must go through a reputable middleman.

It is (nearly) impossible to bruteforce any session cookie, especially for Instagram.

Anyone telling something else is incorrect or simply lying.

 

The only way I can think of is by letting him download any sort of stealer/logger and, with a bit of luck, grabbing his (working) Instagram session.
