This is the protein shake I drink like 5 times a week. It is really easy imo and doesn't need a ton of crazy ingredients. Just needs a blender
Ingredients:
- 400ml of milk (can be chocolate milk)
- A banana
- A spoonful of peanut butter
- 2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- Ice
- Oats (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and just hit the smoothie option. Takes only a couple minutes and can be made with stuff you can usually find in your kitchen.
