Bought a Paypal+coinbase bundle from him, before buying i asked him how much i can convert using this bundle and he said the people he has sold to before have even ran 15k$ through his paypal
clearly from his statement it means the paypal can handle a substantial amount. (i would have received no more than 300-400$ weekly anyways)
 

After receiving my order the guide is sent alongside it and it states that i should not receive more than 120$ in the paypal for 36 Days, do 1-2$ transaction for some days before hand and i also should not try to do a transaction on paypal for atleast 12-24 hours so it basically means that i cant convert no more than 120$  every 3 days and i cant exchange more than like 1500$ in 36 days thats not a guide line thats a fraud in hiding.

Half truth is a full lie When i asked him how much i can receive in the Paypal he could have told me about the limits instead of saying people have 
 

He manipulated me into buying from him and thats just fraud when confronted he just try to be insulting and say if i follow the guide or not is upto me but if i dont then he is not responsible.
 

what if his or anyones guide say cant receive more than 1$ a day on paypal and the Guide is not communicated before the purchase and also an effort is made to hide it too? 

Also the paypal he has sold me has additional charges too
10$ for rental numbers
10$ for proxy (which can only be bought from him)
also it costs 3-5$ to send from my paypal to his paypal on every transaction

i would also like to add that to send money to the paypals for 1-2$ of warm up for days (as its in his guide) before moving to less than 120$ for 36 days, it would cost me fees of 3-6$ per transaction as my paypals are US made

so i am paying more to keep the paypal running for his warm up period then to actually use it for.

Further clarification and simplification : I asked him how much the paypal can receive (i would have only received 300-400$ weekly anyways)

and he  lied and deceived by saying there are people who have received over 15k USD without any problem and after account delievery i asked for refund the same time after he sent the bogus guidelines,

 

A moderator on another forum has told him to refund me but he has simply denied it and that forum is taking a very long time to solve it, i dont know if i can drop link here

@HeavenlyGod any restrictions the accounts may have such as limits, inability to use them for a period of time or inability to send more than a certain amount of funds must be disclosed before starting the deal. You can't hide this information when the customer may be looking to purchase something for a specific use case. aging the account for 36 days is not something that everyone knows to do and your customer can't be expected to just know this without you saying it.

 

He should be refunded, and you should take over the account if it's possible to take over it again.

thanks for the faster response @Lucas he can take over the account as i never opened it untill today as i was asked by cracked  forum's mod to send the activity logs to make sure that i never opened it and make it a win win for both of us i guess even tho he told him to refund me too.

(This is additional information i know you did not asked me but just in case heavenlygod makes an excuse)

• OP has received exactly what he has bought, a paypal + coinbase package. Both accounts are fully verified, and they are working perfectly fine.
• Before buying he asked me how much money can he receive in the paypal? and I've clearly responded with, "the account is verified, but I recommend slowly ageing it, for a long lasting account.", continuing with the fact that "ppl have ran 15k$ through my accounts", and right after that repeating myself again, saying "but u must take it slow in the begging".  He hasn't at any point, asked me before buying, exact limits of the account, or told me how much he wants to ran through them accounts, and me confirming an exact amount.
• My PayPal Stealth guide states, that it's recommended to start with $2-$3 transactions, and gradually increase the amount over time. 
• Following the stealth guide is completely optional, not mandatory. 
• I shouldn't be held responsible and refund him, just because OP doesn't want to follow an optional paypal stealth guide.

also you have mentioned that following the stealth guide is optional , which is again a lie, you clearly states warranty is void if i dont follow your guidelines . 

Not only that i can not even use a proxy unless i buy from you, so nothing is optional, and your tactics have been exposed and you have been told to refund twice so i suggest you do that to save the little reputation you have left and save yourself from getting banned on cracked and probably  here too

The conversation shows that you decided to manipulate what he told you, to make it look like he hid information from you. The account is the same as any other account you can buy. A guide is simply training wheels for you, as you don't know how to use it safely, to ensure it lasts as long as possible.

 

He told you very clearly that you should age it slowly, and take it slow. This was said to you before you paid. You could have asked specific questions regarding your usage, such as your need to receive funds right away and without aging.

 

Based on the actual conversation you had with him where he told you that you should take it slow and age it before you start using it for higher value transactions, I cannot make him refund you. You are free to use it however you want, but following the guide is the ideal thing to ensure a long lasting account. If you choose not to follow the guide, that's acceptable too, but the account may not last long and may get limited, blocked or banned.

As for the costs of running the account you were aware of them before buying. He told you explicitly that there was a cost to buy the proxy. 

 

You were also told that the warranty was 24 hours. This means that anything that happens to the account after 24 hours is no longer sellers responsibility. 

You bought a product with 24 hours warranty, the safe usage guide told you to take it slow just like he did before you paid, and you demand a full refund because you won't be able to receive payments in it? The usage guide is YOUR CHOICE but it benefits you: If you follow it, the odds of the account being banned arbitrarily are low. If you choose not to follow it, the account may die soon, or it may last long. it's not something the seller can guarantee.

 

The facts:

 

You were told to take it slow, at the start, and that you should take care when using the account.

You were told the proxy would cost 10$ 

You were told the warranty was 24 hours.

 

 

You can:
Ignore the guide (which may result in the account dying sooner than expected) 

Use your own proxy (which may risk the account too)
Follow his guide, or not, and the account may last for more than 24 hours, or not. Anything after 24 hours, is no longer his responsibility.
