Help me get bitcoin cash from my old wallet

Friends, I found an old empty Bitcoin core, at the time of Bitcoin Cash halving there were several Bitcoin coins and I was entitled to free Bitcoin Cash.

After the halving, I withdrew Bitcoin, but I still didn’t receive Bitcoin Cash, I need to download the entire blockchain and Bitcoin Core, who can recover 2-3 Bitcoin Cash coins for a % there. ??

To recover bitcoin you’d usually need either:

A 12 or 24 random word phrase
Or
A private key

These recover a crypto wallet if you have saved it.

If not i’m really not sure how you’d go about recovering a wallet.
