What's the tools people use nowdays for cracking?

I was hoping if someone can guide me to the right direction ,I tried to search myself but didn't found something that's accurate, most threads are like farmers ????

 

 

a good suggestion for checking them, I heard SilverBullet and OpenBullet are good but literally got no idea what the differences and which one is the best one.

 

but I'm mostly looking for tools that can help me dump databases and sql inject that crackers use nowdays
