Additional Information: Support is unresponsive, I sent money, don't get my credits in panel, the telegram support user won't open my messages, I don't even want refund bro just process ts

From what I see, both payments you sent were under the amount requested. This means the payment has to be manually processed as the system is automated only for payments made in full. I recommend you pay in full in the future to avoid having to wait for the seller to process the payments manually.

Bro they only say dollar amount they don't say you have to pay x amount of x crypto, so I input the dollar value same as the payment page and apparently it is undervalued, the checkout doesn't give exact coin amount to input else I would've done that already, so I just put same dollar amount as the payment gateway said

Also I tried adding more money to the same wallet as payment details but 2 transactions in 1 payment address and it just ate my money idrc abt the other amount I added I just want these to go thru

This is false, I just tested on his website and when you select a coin (not stablecoin) like bitcoin, litecoin, it gives you an exact number in BTC or LTC to pay. Not USD amount. I am also fairly experienced with how cryptomus works so I'm aware of how it works. So instead of just making assumptions about how the system works or lying, accept my recommendation and do it better next time so you don't need his intervention in order to get your order processed. It's a simple process and this could be easily avoided by doing things properly.

The user has been offline since february 2024 so the odds of him getting to this report are very low. I've contacted him privately and banned him in the meantime.
