guys whats the key features of a forum and whats it's use, how much long it will take to take my limitations off?

- what's the use of rep?
- Negative reputation or positive reputation is reserved for personal positive or negative interactions you havee had with someone. Not because you like/dislike a user, for example. If you bought something from someone and you liked the service, you can give them reputation.
- Not every usergroup can give + or - reputation. Regular members can only give neutral (0) reputation
- why it necessary to buy premium to post or selling something?
- An upgrade is needed to post in the Premium Sellers section, 50 posts (outside of The Lounge) for the Secondary Sellers section, and an upgrade for the Refunding Services section. Therefore, you do not need a rank to be able to post something in the Secondary Sellers section.
- is it legal to ask for reps in thread?
- Asking for upvotes or reputation anywhere in the forum, regardless of the way you do it, is not allowed.
- how much time it will take for me to post in memebox/shoutbox
- I have sent you a message regarding this, but will repeat it here: 20 posts (outside of The Lounge) are needed for you to be able to send messages in the Shoutbox. Spamming the 20 posts will result into a warning point or a suspension.
- where and how can i sell my side projects? (here)
