Additional Information: Purchased a novo.co that came with an email thats been banned since October, a novo account that doesn't exist, and a google phone number thats different from the phone number thats on the text file he sent me. It was completely unusable from delivery and I contacted him within a couple hours. The support promised me a resolution within 24 hours. Its been three days now and they refuse to give an ETA on a resolution, and they also refuse to give a refund.
The pure drop bank thread has a message that says "By Purchasing you Agree to our ToS: Golden Accounts · Terms of Service (atshop.io)," however, that link leads to the main website and not to the actual TOS page (https://puredrop.io/). When I clicked the product listing for the NOVO account, it did not mention anything about their refund policies. After checking in more detail, there was a tiny button at the bottom of the page that leads to the TOS which mentions that the seller has the right to make the buyer wait 21 days for a refund. Because the link on the thread didn't lead to this specific page, and there was no mention of it during the purchasing process, I don't think any reasonable buyer can be expected to see the tiny bottom at the bottom of the page that mentions this. Combined with the fact that puredrop doesn't want to give any ETA, I believe I should just be given a refund in this case.
