Additional Information: Purchased a novo.co that came with an email thats been banned since October, a novo account that doesn't exist, and a google phone number thats different from the phone number thats on the text file he sent me. It was completely unusable from delivery and I contacted him within a couple hours. The support promised me a resolution within 24 hours. Its been three days now and they refuse to give an ETA on a resolution, and they also refuse to give a refund. 

 

The pure drop bank thread has a message that says "By Purchasing you Agree to our ToS: Golden Accounts · Terms of Service (atshop.io)," however, that link leads to the main website and not to the actual TOS page (https://puredrop.io/). When I clicked the product listing for the NOVO account, it did not mention anything about their refund policies. After checking in more detail, there was a tiny button at the bottom of the page that leads to the TOS which mentions that the seller has the right to make the buyer wait 21 days for a refund. Because the link on the thread didn't lead to this specific page, and there was no mention of it during the purchasing process, I don't think any reasonable buyer can be expected to see the tiny bottom at the bottom of the page that mentions this. Combined with the fact that puredrop doesn't want to give any ETA, I believe I should just be given a refund in this case.

@PureDrop reply within 12 hours. If you are unable to provide a real ETA for delivery of the product, and he prefers a refund, he should be given one.

Yes but during this provided time the dispute report must go off, we clearly mentioned in our TOS , no help ore refund or replacement would be provided if the customer has opened a dispute without our knowledge.

Like I said before, the link on your post that supposedly leads to your TOS just leads to the main page of your website. No reasonable buyer can be expected to see the tiny button at the bottom of the page that outlines your terms.

I’m not deleting this report until my issue is resolved. Maybe start selling some products that actually work rather than making threats if you don’t want a dispute opened against you in the future.

This response is ridiculous. 

 

If you required 72 hours to provide a replacement you could have told him. Straight up. Telling him you are ''working hard to provide a replacement'' is not a clear response. Therefore he has every right to open a scam report if he's getting no real answers to his questions. 

The report can stay open for as long as necessary. It's logical that a buyer who purchases from your store and the product does not work upon purchase, expects a clear timeline for a replacement or a refund, straight away. There is no argument to be had here.

I did consult you and I even told you I was opening a report if I didn’t get a resolution or at least an ETA…

And just for anyone that is contemplating going into business with this guy, he just messaged me asking for a crypto address for a refund and then randomly changes his mind and says “We need more time.” Honestly a time waster.

You didn't consult us before reporting or opening dispute. It is directly against our terms and policy.
