I am reaching out for clarification regarding a dispute with a moderator’s decision about my ability to promote services on the forum.

 

Here’s a summary of the issue:

1 - Moderator’s Restriction: I was told that I can only have one thread for my digital agency, listing all services, despite my digital agency offering multiple distinct services (e.g., graphic design, video editing, etc.). Each service has its own unique design, and I believe separate threads better serve potential clients looking for specific offerings.

 

2 - Forum Rules: After carefully reviewing the Forum Rules, Marketplace Rules, FAQ, and TOS, I could not find any rule explicitly stating that all services linked to the same business must be confined to a single thread.

 

3 - Inconsistent Application: Other users running similar agencies on same linked Discord and have been allowed to create multiple threads for their services without facing similar restrictions.

 

4- Impact on Business: This restriction limits my ability to effectively showcase my services, despite my time, money, and effort invested in building my reputation and business on the forum.

 

I believe this decision is inconsistent with the forum’s practices and unfairly impacts my ability to operate. I kindly request your review of this situation to ensure fair treatment and rule enforcement for all users.
