Years of service award

A lot of users hit crazy milestones, some users aged really well in this forum, it wouldn't be a bad idea to reward them with awards that let's say has a number of their nulled years, I'm not saying this because I have 6 years here, I just see this a nice way to say thanks for sticking around  

 

A little example down below, some hit 9 years they get this award: (just an example)
