Best Rice Pudding Recipe:
In a large pot on the stovetop, Bring to a boil:
1 cup aboryio rice
6 cups water
1 TBSP white vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
Cook until most of water is absorbs, stirring often. Remove and discard cinnamon stick.
Add in one can of sweetened condensed milk and one can of evaporated milk. Continue to cook, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes, until desired consistency is achieved. Pudding will thicken upon cooking.
Eat warm or cold, with splash of cream.
