Additional Information: He says he has been doing tickets but I have been waiting since May 29 for any information at all on game pass, June 15 for YT TV, and Microsoft 365. I messaged him November 25 to just do game pass and Microsoft 365 because I was not getting any response whenever I said to do Youtube TV. Sometimes though, I would get a response for the others even though it's usually a short message that doesn't answer my questions. I'm just tired of waiting for months and I believe for these specific accounts I will need to frequently contact him unlike the other products I have purchased from him. There is too much inconsistency and I would prefer a refund, especially since I only had one month of game pass and 1 week of YT TV. Of course that is up to Lucas, i'm not sure if a partial refund makes sense since I barely had any time with the products and was left with nothing for months with no compensation or real response. As I said, i'm not interested in getting the products still because I need to message Radiant on a consistent basis to fix them and who knows how long that will take. I'm not really interested in making a scam report if something takes a long time again. He says on his telegram that he is completing tickets and I believe that because I have Youtube Premium and Windscribe from him and those are fixed regularly, but I don't have to message him all the time to fix them since they are shared with others.
