How do I like a post? (Yes I read FAQ/Rules/Searched Answers)

First of all, my apologies if I missed this in the FAQ/Rules/Previously Answered Questions.

I did find a past post that showed the Green/Red arrows to Up/Downvote a post, however I cannot find it on the post I'm looking at:

Furthermore, I originally assumed it might be permissioned based, however inside of the "This topic is locked This topic is locked Read before posting - SPAM will not be tolerated!" thread, I can clearly see a Green arrow pointing up suggesting that I can Upvote or Like a Post.

I'll be honest, I looked through a fair amount of different leaks and most of them weren't spectacular, and some didn't even seem like they were harvested by the user who posted them. However, the one I want to upvote deserves it for the high quality content provided.
