Provide evidence to him that it's working, stop asking for the report to be closed when the customer is literally telling you it's not working, are you unable to communicate properly with customers now?

OP is requested to send his tg id and he will be shared screenshot of the team he is in as invites were last sent 8hrs ago because the earlier panel stopped and that i can also show by just logging into his acc that the invite pops up

I got the invite again like 10 hrs ago, whats the use of it if it goes down every other day and I am left at the mercy of him to fix it. by the track record that not going well and he neither agrees for a refund or change of product. I would atleast expect to work a week but not down every day. not sure if I can call this working at this point.

please show , whats ur tg id? have ur msg been seen and was the invite sent after u dmed i wana see it as their are nearly 250invites being constantly autosent without anyone having to dm and supposedly u alone are being made to dm me for adobe invite
